Patient: Emilie B. The patient was referred to us by a pediatrician. Emilia was brought to the medical office by a teacher right after she fainted in class. The patients symptoms included dizziness, anorexia and insomnia. The girl seems quite frightened because she said her dead twin-sister Amalia is after her. The thing is, is that Emilia never had a sister, let alone a twin sister. Presumably its just a fantasy. However, the patient insists that after her sister died of pneumonia a few years ago, the ghost has been chasing her ever since. Emilia says she sees the ghost at school all the time and she asks Amalia to stop chasing her. Emilia`s classmates have confirmed that they have seen her talking to someone they couldnt seee. They have noticed that after these conversations she gets very shocked and hides in her room. The girl lives with a constant fear of falling asleep, claiming that when she is asleep Amalia tries to choke her. There are bruises on the girl`s neck. Possibly she made them herself, pretending she was attacked. If not, they are perhaps signs of a failed suicide attempt. Medical test results show very low blood pressure of 85/55, a body temperature of 96.26F and extremely low hemoglobin. Emilie has been advised to take a GV4533 vitamin complex in combination with an iron enriched diet and low-level sedative drugs. Medical support should remain. Child psychiatrist, R. M.
